Are you going to bed on an empty stomach? Because I was, I thought this was best! But as always there’s new research and articles and information coming out ALL of the time! Now it’s said that this healthy drink has been proven to burn fat while you sleep and that you’ll see noticeable results in a short period of time when consumed regularly aka EVERY NIGHT.
Usually while you’re sleeping your metabolism naturally becomes slower but it doesn’t have to!! You can get your metabolism into hyperdrive and burn calories while you are sleeping! If you’re concerned about it keeping you up late at night..don’t..and if you have problems falling asleep already be sure to ingest additional magnesium before bed.
